Initial discovery call

We will have an initial discovery call to understand the needs and goals for your space. This will be followed up with an onsite Scope Discovery call where we can discuss your project in more detail.

We will ask how the space is used, by whom and what the desired outcome is.

A fee and timeline proposal will be provided after this.

Design Foundation

This is our set up stage where we will become more familiar with your desired style, functional requirements and other considerations.

With the service agreement signed and the deposit paid, you can expect to receive a Welcome Pack from us which will include more information about our ways of working and methods of communication, timelines, answers to FAQs and information specific to your project.

We will also schedule a Client Onboarding day at a time that suits to perform a walkthrough of the space, take detailed measurements and pictures.

In the background, we will begin drawing up internal documents, inspiration and 3D models to use throughout the project.

We will also seek to understand the other contractors involved with your space to collaborate.

Design Concept

We will create initial concepts of the potential solutions for your space from the ideas and information gathered.

This will determine the creative direction which will be presented to you and revised as necessary until you are completely happy to move onto the next stage.

Design Development

The sourcing will commence once a concept and creative direction has been agreed.

We will work in the background to curate furniture, materials and decor in line with your vision.

We will present you with 2D and 3D renders of the space, technical drawings and material sample to bring the vision the life.

This phase is also collaborative and will not proceed any further until you are happy with all of the selections.

Design Realisation

We assist your building team to execute the design plans and oversee progress to ensure that the original design intent is preserved.

Design Completion

This is where we are finally able to put the completed design plan into action.

We will visit your site and liaise with the other trades involvement to ensure your vision is being brought to life.

For you to access our trade discounts, we will need to place the orders on your behalf, therefore we will prepare Purchase Order Forms for your authorisation.

We will manage the ordering and delivery process in a way that suits you best. We have options to deliver directly to your address or can securely store your items until every piece has arrived so we can inspect for any damage and manage the installation process.

Trove Interiors will be on site to install and style all of the items and will perform a final walkthrough of the space with you to ensure you are completely happy with the outcome.

We will also provide a Handover Pack where we will note down all of the product information and methods to best maintain them.

This is our most comprehensive service which is best suited to clients that are currently renovating or planning to renovate their home or space.

We, of course, want our clients to be absolutely thrilled and sure with their decisions as we know there are many to be made in this process.

Trove Interiors offer one complementary round of revisions at the design concept stage and no items are ordered or purchased without prior approval from the clients.

Further revisions are available at an hourly rate. We strive to achieve your vision from the outset to minimise the occurrence of multiple rounds.

Absolutely. We welcome the use of existing furniture and decor as it adds depth and soul to a space and reflects our wonderful clients.

It is also sustainable by limiting waste which is very important to us.
